Many Issues Found on a Recent Remodel
PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!
This customer paid a local contractor for a recent bathroom remodel & air conditioning unit & install. What resulted from this combination of bad workmanship follows. I haven’t seen this depth of incompentence in many years!
1. No support behind bath fixtures
2. No bottom plate to stabililze wall.
3. No insulation.
4. Incorrect vents & ducting from new 2019 A/C install caused massive moisture between the walls that are now inundated with mold and musts be completely removed & replaced.
